There are many different kinds of prescriptions for contacts. The prices for our evaluation fee vary by the complexity of the prescription, such as astigmatism, multifocal or monovision contact lenses, or rigid gas permeable contact lenses.

The contact lens evaluation is a separate service in addition to the eye exam and takes additional time with the doctor. The evaluation fee includes a consultation with the doctor to choose the correct brand and prescription strength of contact lenses specifically for you and your eyes.  It includes all necessary follow up appointments with

Yes all of our exams include an evaluation for potential glaucoma along with other conditions.

Yes we can fill out the DMV vision form for you after your exam, please bring the form with you to your appointment.

Prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses are good for one year from the date of the exam.

We estimate an hour from check in to check out. However the time can vary depending on what the doctor needs or finds during the exam.

Yes, everyone needs an annual eye exam!  Eye exams are not just for vision correction, they also check the health of the eyes and are recommended every year whether you need vision correction or not.

We will provide you with your prescriptions from your exam with us and those can be used to order your glasses or contacts. We highly recommend our partner Opticals next door to each of our locations. The professional opticians in our partner Opticals can help you order the glasses and contacts you need.

We need a signed copy of our release of records form, signed by you, to be able to make a copy of your patient records. We require 2 business days to process these requests. Our release of records form can be found right here on our website, and may be faxed to the corresponding location.
